How does a Pet Wellness Plan Work?
Our clients are always looking for ways to put the health and well-being of their pets above their own financial concerns. But as important as regular preventive care can be for your pet's health, it can still sometimes be difficult to manage these recurring expenses.
Our Wellness Plans 'bundle' all the preventive services that keep your pet healthy throughout the year into an easy monthly payment plan, helping you save money and manage your budget.
What is included in a Pet Wellness Plan?
Our Pet Wellness Plans for cats and dogs in Liberty Lake include the essentials for your pet to thrive.
Our Plans include annual and 6-month wellness exams, core pet vaccinations, and heartworm testing. They will also include a fecal exam as well as a 12-month supply of flea, tick, and heartworm prevention medications.
The Importance of Preventive Care
Wellness exams are a total checkup for your pet. They allow our vets to find and treat any emerging health problems and look into your pet's diet to make sure they're getting enough nutrients in a given day.
Sometimes pets can appear healthy, but the early signs of disease can lurk in their bodies - sometimes with no obvious symptoms. That’s why we run bloodwork to ensure they’re in tip-top shape.
Parasites may be deadly for an animal of any size if not promptly treated. Prevention gives your pet the best possible protection. Because of this, we provide year-long supplies of tick, flea, and heartworm medications with each of our Wellness Plans.
If your pet does become infected, our fecal exams and heartworm tests are designed to catch these life-threatening conditions, which are often undetectable until your pet gets seriously ill.

Can I pay for a full year up front?
You absolutely can pay for a full year at once when signing up for your Wellness Plan with us!
An additional $35 one-time membership fee is collected upon enrollment of any Wellness Plan, whether you're paying in monthly installments or all at once.

Do Wellness Plans renew automatically after a year?
Unless you contact us and cancel your pet's plan, we will renew it automatically each year.

How do I make the monthly payments?
We will collect your payment information and enter it into a secure portal when signing you up for your pet's plan. You can choose the withdrawal date between the 1st and 15th of each month that's best for you.

When you sign up multiple pets at the same time, you will only pay the one-time $35 enrollment fee once (not for each pet).

Wellness Plans are excellent ways to help your senior pet to stay well and happy as they age.
Your pet's wellness plan can be customized to their unique recurring healthcare needs, including age-related requirements! Wellness Plans for older pets include the standard core services, in addition to screening for various age-related diseases and disorders.

My pet is young and healthy. Does it make sense to buy a Wellness Plan?
Regularly scheduled preventive veterinary care for young pets can be instrumental in building a good foundation for their lifelong health and well-being. When signing your puppy or kitten up for a Wellness Plan with us, puppy/kitten vaccinations are included in the monthly fee.

While both Wellness Plans and pet insurance help you manage the costs of your pet's veterinary care, the types of veterinary services they cover are different.
Wellness Plans include preventive care costs (things like vaccinations and routine exams), while Pet Insurance is designed to cover emergency services, accidents, or specific illnesses.

We offer Pet Wellness Plans for small dogs, medium dogs, large dogs, giant dogs and cats.

Will the Wellness Plan cover all of my pet's healthcare needs?
Wellness plans cover the routine care that all cats and dogs need (core vaccines, heartworm prevention, flea prevention, and more). You will also receive a 10% discount on any other service your pet needs, excluding food and grooming.
